Northern Group Build are delighted to announce the successful completion of the Iconic Ice Plant Development in the heart of Ancoats Urban Village.

The complex project incorporated the existing derelict building with a modern first class 8 story new build tower linked with an innovative atrium space. ember 2011 and the development is receiving much acclaim. Work had commenced on the project in February 2010 and Northern Group Build worked through adverse weather to deliver for another satisfied client. We utilised our direct labour skills, experienced management team and trusted supply chain to ensure that build quality was maintained throughout the development. Our own in house tilers completed tiling to all apartments and the choice of tiling as a preferred floor finish in the living areas has proved a popular specification. We worked closely with the client to ensure that his bried was maintained throughout the build process and that the product we were delivering was to there satisfaction and specification. More importantly the project was delivered without a single major accident or incident.
