Local Engineer Crofton Expands

Crofton the Sussex based consulting engineer has expanded its business with the acquisition of the Brighton based engineering firm ndesigns.

Crofton has had a working relationship with ndesigns for a number of years, and both companies collaborated on local projects such as the Brighton & Hove Progressive Synagogue and the Eastbourne District General Hospital.

Nathan Williams, a former ndesigns managing director will now head up Crofton's sustainability division.

Steve Hale, Crofton's managing director commented: "We've been working with ndesigns for so long it is as though we are already part of the same team. So this deal is a natural step. The knowledge and business we've acquired will be invaluable and I have no doubt it will help us fulfil our strategy of expanding our business across the south east."
