Double Award Success - Nolan uPVC And IWA Award Finalists

West Wales window, door and conservatory company Nolan uPVC is celebrating both national and regional award success as finalists at this year’s G11 and IWA / Western Mail Business Awards for Wales.

Nolan has been shortlisted as one of four finalists for the national G11 Retail Promotional Campaign of the Year Award alongside Charles Christianson, Rehau and Saint-Gobain Glass UK.

For the inaugural IWA / Western Mail Business Awards, Nolan has been named as one of three finalists for the Creative Marketing Award. Both awards recognise the success of Nolan’s social media marketing campaign launched earlier this year featuring the Nolan Panda.

Commenting on the company's success so far, Marketing Manager Sarah Cleevely said: "We understand that the quantity and quality of entries has been extremely high this year and so we are very proud of our achievement so far."

The G11 Awards, which will this year be presented at a glittering ceremony to be hosted at the Hilton Park Lane in London on November 25th, celebrate the people and companies in the glass and glazing industry who have excelled in 2011.

On the same night, the IWA / Western Mail Business Awards, which are designed to recognise and honour the achievements of Welsh businesses, will be presented at a prestigious ceremony and gala dinner at Cardiff Bay’s Coal Exchange.

Speaking about the awards, Managing Director Nolan Nicholas said: "We were the only Welsh business to make it through as finalists in the Installer of the Year category at the G09 Awards, I’m hoping we can go one better this year. It is also a great honour to have gained recognition as one of the Welsh businesses chosen as a finalist for the inaugural IWA / Western Mail Business Awards. We're all very much looking forward to both award ceremonies and fingers are crossed for a great result!"
