Capita Symonds has acquired the health & safety and water management business of Managed Support Services (MSS) Plc.

The acquisition will see 34 MSS staff in London and Manchester transfer to Capita Symonds, providing a full range of management, consultancy and training services to both commercial and public sector markets.
