Lovell has been appointed by leading housing association bpha as a contractor partner for its five-year new build housing development framework.

The framework has a total value of up to £300 million.

As a framework member, Lovell will provide construction services including designing and building new homes to assist with meeting bpha’s strategic growth ambitions.

David Keeling, Executive Director for development and property at bpha said: "We undertook a rigorous process with some of our residents who volunteered to help select our new contractors. We were highly impressed with Lovell who were able to demonstrate that they offered a quality of work and service that will meet our residents expectations. We look forward to working with Lovell in the future to help us deliver high quality and affordable new homes on our forthcoming development opportunities."
