Szerelmey, the stonework and restoration specialist, has recently been awarded a £540,000 internal stone finishing and flooring contract at Coworth Park Spa, Ascot, Berkshire.

Szerelmey has been appointed to apply internal stone finishes to the new Spa building’s swimming pool, its treatment rooms, and general areas that will comprise granite flooring and features in the pool room, plus mosaic finishes to the pool.


Szerelmey is also installing marble floors and walls in the shower rooms and high specification ceramic flooring to the treatment rooms and other general areas.

Work is being carried out for Galliford Try, the client is The Dorchester Collection. Buro 4 is the project manager, Fox Linton is the interior designer while Purcell Miller Tritton is the architect on the project.

The work is due to be completed later this summer.
