Lovell has been appointed by Warwick District Council as principal contractor for its annual kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programme. The company will be delivering a £1.7 million scheme to refurbish kitchens and bathrooms in the Warwick District Council area.

The refurbishment programme will include the refurbishment of homes in Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth and rural areas including Barford and Hockley Heath. The Lovell resident liaison team will work closely with residents – who will be remaining in their homes during the work - to ensure that the refurbishment scheme goes ahead smoothly.

"The scheme is an important element of Warwick District Council’s Decent Homes programme and will deliver real benefits for residents," said Lovell Managing Director Stewart Davenport. "Lovell will work closely with Warwick District Council, residents and the local community throughout the refurbishment programme."

Lovell will be recruiting a number of apprentices from the area to work on the refurbishment scheme.
