Visitors will be able to get a sneak preview inside the state-of-the-art apartments which form part of a new landmark Leicester development.
On Thursday, September 10, visitors will be able to step inside some of the 63 individually designed flats inside the new Phoenix Square development, in Leicester’s Cultural Quarter.
Accommodation ranges from contemporary studios and one and two-bedroom apartments, to three-bedroom duplex homes and penthouses with views over the city.
Each apartment is unique, and all have a balcony, terrace or roof garden, and access to a central courtyard. The building also makes use of cutting edge green technology and materials from sustainable sources.
Phoenix Square is a partnership project between Leicester City Council, developers Blueprint, De Montfort University the LCB Depot and Phoenix.
When complete, Phoenix Square will feature two cinemas and a micro-cinema, digital studio space, workspaces and apartments.
