Multibuild Fits The Bill For Bovis Lend Lease At MediaCityUK

Multibuild has been awarded the £3.3m contract to form a hotel within the Studio Block on Peel Media's MediaCityUK development at Salford Quays in Manchester.

The contractor will fit out 11 floors of the 17 storey building on behalf of managing contractor, Bovis Lend Lease UK.

To allow Multibuild to work for Bovis Lend Lease, it was necessary for them to successfully undertake BuildingConfidence, the accreditation scheme designed to increase supply chain standards and performance across the construction industry. BuildingConfidence is endorsed by, amongst others, Bovis Lend Lease, British Land, Skanska and Shepherd.

Mike Peden, Multibuild's CEO said: "We are delighted to be involved in this landmark development.
