Lovell To Build £3m Derby City Centre Housing Development

Lovell has been chosen by Spirita, part of the Metropolitan Housing Partnership, to build a £3 million affordable housing development in Derby city centre.

The scheme will create 40 two-bedroom apartments for affordable rent fronting on to King Street and St Helen's Street.

"This scheme will help answer the demand for high-quality new affordable housing in Derby," said Noel Adams, Regional Director for Lovell.

The development is set to be completed in July 2010.
