A new brochure has been issued by Bison Manufacturing Ltd to explain the new strategy which now characterises this leading manufacturer of hollowcore and precast concrete products.
The publication outlines the new approach which Bison has adopted to every area of its activities and details the benefits this is bringing to the company's customers. It explains the rationale behind the recent move of the company's headquarters to the same site as its advanced manufacturing facility in Swadlincote, and the many increases in efficiency that this has generated. Bison's introduction of LEAN manufacturing principles is also covered.
One of the key themes of the new brochure is the increased levels of flexibility and responsiveness which Bison now provides to its customers.
"Although we've retained the high levels of product quality that people expect from Bison, we've made significant changes to our operating methods and so we were keen to emphasize this in the brochure," explained Norman Brown, Sales and Estimating Leader for Bison Manufacturing.
"We've listened very carefully to our customers and responded to their ideas about how we could improve our offering. Our new Rapid Response Quote (RRQ) system is just one example of us introducing changes which provide our customers with more rapid quotes and an improved service for enquiries up to 800m2, and again that's highlighted in the brochure."
