Carillion Building is celebrating its success after winning the North West Insider Property Award for Construction Firm of the Year for the third consecutive year.

The awards are based on numerous factors demonstrating the success of the Carillion business in the North West over the previous 12 months. These included high profile projects such as Carillion's Piccadilly Place mixed-use development in Manchester for client Argent, and the No1 First Street commercial office development for Ask, which has an excellent BREEAM rating.

In addition, the award recognises Carillion's leadership in the construction industry for its strategies for continuous improvement in Health and Safety and sustainability performance.
