Maka Machinery Welcome Guests With German Reception

MAKA are a leading supplier of 5 axis CNC routers serving the woodworking, plastics and aluminium industries. To celebrate moving into new premises, Maka are pleased to invite you to our open House in Telford on the 3rd, 4th and 5th June 2009.

Company director Phil Pitchford explains: "The fist day will focus on Plastics, Composites and Aluminium machines with the remaining two days devoted to woodworking. Demonstrations of the popular MAKA PE 70 5 Axis CNC Woodworking machine, including live machining of window, door and curved handrail components will show the quality, flexibility and power of the MAKA."

MAKA's latest offering for the plastics, composites and aluminium sectors, the MK 7 will demonstrate both the machining of a 5 axis ureol pattern and component trim paths. Software demonstrations by NC Hops, Top Solid, Delcam, Compass and Staircon will give you the opportunity to compare the advantages and versatility of these different software packages. MAKA will demonstrate the Pro Collector non contact on site measurement system and the SL Laser projectors that speed up both the measurement and loading process for pod and workpiece positioning in the woodworking sector and in the 3D projection of carbon fibre plys in Aerospace and Motorsport. Leitz Tooling - whose tools will be used during the demonstrations- will be present to explain the different tooling options in detail and to advise you further on special tooling.
