Ramboll Whitbybird Becomes Ramboll UK

On Monday 6 April Ramboll Whitbybird changed its name to Ramboll UK to mark its successful integration with the Ramboll group. A shared set of values and synergy of approach has created one of Europe's leading, and most creative engineering and multi-disciplinary consultancies.

For 25 years the whitbybird name has been synonymous with world class structural engineering design and technical innovation. In 2007 the company joined forces with the Ramboll group, known for its holistic approach to engineering consultancy, with operations in Northern Europe, Russia and the Middle East and India.

Mark Whitby and Mike Crane remain in their positions as Chairman and Chief Executive continuing their legacy of unique leadership and forward-thinking approach. The new branch of Ramboll in the UK will continue to lead the field in buildings and design and through a period of diversification has aligned its services with Ramboll's focus areas including:
