Lovell Launches Maintenance Business Following BMS Acquisition

Lovell has launched a new housing maintenance business, Lovell Respond, following its acquisition of repairs and maintenance company BMS Property Care Ltd.

Lovell has acquired BMS from affordable and supported housing provider Bromford Group.

The deal will see the creation by Lovell of a high quality housing repair and maintenance service complementing the company's expertise in housing refurbishment work and new-build social housing.

Lovell Respond will be rolled out to run alongside Lovell's regional operations across the UK where the company has seven regional offices specialising in housing regeneration. Lovell refurbishes 20,000 homes for local authorities and housing associations annually. The company also specialises in new-build housing, building some 2,000 affordable homes every year in partnership with social landlords.
