Faithful+Gould has been appointed to Northumberland County Council's technical consultancy framework as the sole provider of quantity surveying, employer's agent and project management services.

The framework will consist of various new build, extension and refurbishment projects on a mixture of public buildings including libraries, Sure Start and fire and rescue stations. The majority of work will focus on schools in the region as part of the Council's 'Putting the Learner First' programme.

A leading player in property for many years, Faithful+Gould has built up an impressive portfolio featuring work with other local authorities in the North including Durham County Council and North Tyneside Council, Middlesbrough Borough Council and Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council.

Faithful+Gould is also working alongside Sunderland County Council on the Strategic Transport Corridor. This latest contract with Northumberland County Council further endorses the company's expertise in the public sector.
