Lovell is set to build two housing developments in East Anglia, together worth £3.7 million, for Flagship Housing Group.
Later this year, Lovell will start work on a £2.2 million development of 27 new homes at Charles Close, Newmarket. The homes are for Kings' Forest Housing, part of Flagship Housing Group, and will all be for affordable rent.
The development will take around ten months to complete and will include two-, three- and four-bedroom houses, two-bedroom bungalows and four flats.
Under the contract, Lovell will also refurbish seven existing homes with new external cladding to make them warmer.
Lovell is also set to start work in April on a £1.5 million housing scheme for Flagship at Park Lane, Newmarket. The development, which will take around a year to complete, will include four homes for affordable rent.
The other part of the development consists of ten-new build flats and the refurbishment of a three-bedroom house which will both provide temporary accommodation for homeless people.
