Connaught Plant & Civil Engineering has extended its fleet after purchasing six new Caterpillar hydraulic excavators from Finning, the UK supplier of Caterpillar equipment.

Recently delivered, the fleet of Cat 312CL, 320DL and 323DL hydraulic excavators are being used on both excavation and groundwork applications.

With bases in both England and Ireland, Connaught Plant & Civil Engineering take full advantage of the support and service offered by Finning and all six of the new machines are covered by a three-year support and maintenance package.

Commenting on Connaught's excellent relationship with Finning and the service it receives, Tom Murphy, Managing Director of Connaught Plant & Civils Engineering said: "Service is very important to my business, due to the practicalities and logistics of working out of two countries.
