Zurich Insurance has extended its contract with Rok Insurance Services for a minimum of five years.

The contract is expected to provide £200 million of revenue over the five year term.

Rok was first appointed to Zurich Insurance's building repair panel of suppliers in June 2005. Through its new insurance claims centre, Rok Insurance Services will handle claims from Zurich Insurance policy holders from first notification through to resolution and completion of repairs.

Rok is also pleased to announce that it has been appointed as Zurich Insurance's claims management providers for all Zurich Direct building claims under £10,000. These claims will be handled by Rok Insurance Services' Customer Service Advisors from receipt of loss through to fulfilment of building work. The contract award demonstrates the broad range of claims services Rok can provide to support insurance companies' operations.

Rok is the UK's only property repair and maintenance specialist handling insurance claims to offer a three-year quality assurance guarantee for the repairs it undertakes. The contract wins come after Rok was short listed for Service Provider of the Year at the Insurance Times Awards in recognition of the outstanding work it does for the insurance sector.
