Lovell Set To Build New Homes At Alum Rock

Lovell is set to start work in the New Year on five new family homes for Friendship Care and Housing at Alum Rock, Birmingham.

Lovell, which has its Midlands regional office at Woodgate Valley, Birmingham, will build three three-bedroom and two four-bedroom houses on a site in Langton Road. One of the three-bedroom properties is designed to be suitable for wheelchair users.

The homes, which will achieve Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes environmental rating system, will be for affordable rent through Friendship. The £650,000 housing development will take 32 weeks to complete.
