Vaughan Burnand is leaving his position as Chief Executive of Shepherd Construction, a subsidiary company of the Shepherd Group.

He has held the position of Shepherd Construction's Managing Director, and latterly Chief Executive, since 2000, having joined the company in 1992.

Allan McDougall, currently Chief Executive of SES, also a subsidiary company of the Shepherd Group, has been appointed to the position of Divisional Chief Executive of the Group's Construction & Engineering Division, which consists of Shepherd Construction and SES. His primary area of focus will be Shepherd Construction, on which he will report directly to the Group Chairman, Alan Fletcher.

Allan has led SES since 1998. Earlier this year he handed over his executive responsibility for SES to Mark Perkins, who reports directly to the Group Chairman. Mark now becomes Chief Executive, SES.

These changes will take place with immediate effect.
