Paul Myners Steps Down As Director And Chairman

Land Securities has announced that Paul Myners has stood down as Director and Chairman of the company to take up a position as the Under Secretary of State and Minister for the City in the Treasury with immediate effect.

A spokeperson from Land Securities said: "The Board thanks him for his valuable contribution to the Company and has initiated a process for the appointment of a successor to the role of Chairman."

Senior Independent Director, David Rough, will help lead the Board through the process of finding a successor.
