The Reading office of global management, engineering and development consultancy Mott MacDonald and its cost consultancy Franklin + Andrews is expanding its multi-disciplinary team in the area.

The company is launching a recruitment drive to support its existing workload and strengthen its presence in the Thames valley region.

Mott MacDonald currently employs 20 full-time staff, engaged in both public and private sector projects, in its new city-centre office located in Thames Tower. The consultancy, which opened an office in Reading at the start of the year, is planning to quadruple in size over the coming 12 months as over 30 new positions become available within structural engineering, building services, civil and environmental engineering, and quantity surveying.
