Savills have successfully secured planning permission for a student accommodation led mixed use scheme at 556 Holloway Road, London.

Following detailed negotiations with planning and design officers at the London Borough of Islington permission was granted at committee for a scheme comprising commercial floor space at ground floor level and 125 bed spaces of student accommodation above plus associated disabled parking; cycle parking and hard & soft landscaping.

The site is being developed by specialist student accommodation provider Unite Group Plc and will accommodate students from London Metropolitan University whose Holloway Road campus is located a short distance from the site.
