Rain Harvester 'Makes A Splash' With Greenworks And Saint Gobain

Rain Harvester Ltd has announced they have achieved a preferred supplier status of rainwater harvesting products to Greenworks, the specialist sustainable brand available at Jewson's, Grahams and other Saint Gobain merchants throughout the UK and Ireland.

The Saint-Gobain Group has approximately 900 builders and plumbers merchant branches throughout the country. This collaboration comes at a time when water shortages are increasingly common; this has already led to numerous hose pipe bans, increased water rates across the country and a surge in demand for rainwater harvesting technologies.

Now rain water harvesting systems will be readily available, enabling homeowners, builders and other tradespeople easy access to a range of different systems.

Adam Dean, Business Development Manager of Rain Harvester Ltd feels that the partnership with the Saint-Gobain Group is a big step in helping the environment.

He said: "Working with such an established merchant distributor shows that rainwater harvesting is now really breaking into the mainstream. Now that our products will be readily available we believe that increasing numbers of homeowners and builders will look to implement rainwater harvesting systems.

"This will undoubtedly have a wider impact on the environment, helping us to conserve up to 50 per cent of household mains water consumption, reducing strain on drainage systems and minimising the likelihood of flooding from rainwater run off."

Rain Harvester Ltd is working with the Saint-Gobain Group to help them meet the growing demand for rainwater harvesting systems, providing a range of complete rainwater harvesting systems for domestic and commercial use.

Rain Harvester Ltd also provides professional advice to ensure that their systems are successfully installed. The support system guarantees that every branch within the Saint-Gobain Group is kept up to date and well informed on the various systems available. Installation advice is also on hand.
