Galliford Try plc, the construction and housebuilding group, has secured four projects worth a total of £84.5 million to regenerate communities and build 671 affordable homes for rent and shared ownership in London and the South East.
For the Circle Anglia Housing Association, Galliford Try has been appointed preferred bidder to carry out a £34.5 million development at Innova Park, Enfield comprising 336 apartments and houses for affordable rent and shared ownership. Galliford Try will also build an £11 million development comprising 80 homes in Plaistow, East London for Circle Anglia.
In Hornsey, East London, the company has secured a £23 million project to build a 136 apartment development for One Housing Group.
The fourth contract is a £16 million project to build a 119 apartment development for affordable rent and shared ownership in Plumstead, South East London on behalf of ASRA Greater London Housing Association.
