Carillion has secured a new contract to manage and deliver a range of property services to Nationwide Building Society. The contract, valued at £7 million per year, has been signed for an initial four year term with the option of a further extension.
Carillion's Facilities Management and Planned Maintenance businesses will manage the key administration offices and data centres based around three significant property clusters in Swindon, Northampton and Bournemouth.
Services provided include mechanical and electrical maintenance, building fabric, grounds maintenance and internal planting, cleaning, waste management, porterage, reception and security, all supported by a 24 hour helpdesk facility run from Carillion's national call centre in Rotherham.
