Morgan Ashurst Begins Work On £9.5m Denby Hall Deb Headquarters

Morgan Sindall's construction business Morgan Ashurst has been awarded a £9.5 million project to design and build a new manufacturing and distribution warehouse for Deb Ltd in Derbyshire.

As part of the project, Morgan Ashurst will create a new 150,000m2 warehouse and production facility, three-storey office accommodation and car parking at the site at Denby Hall Business Park, Denby. The company will also carry out additional external works and landscaping.

The new facilities will be used by Deb, leading UK manufacturer of occupational skin care systems, as its new headquarters.

Work on the scheme is due to be completed in March 2009.
