Construction and Management Consultants, Turner & Townsend is opening a new office in Liverpool this week to develop the increasing portfolio of projects in the North West and to support the opportunities presented by the European Capital of Culture 2008 and the regeneration of the region.
Having already been working in Liverpool supporting a number of prestigious projects, Turner & Townsend will now be able to provide a local service delivery to Liverpool and the surrounding area.
Turner & Townsend's workload in Liverpool includes: the landmark West Tower for the Beetham Organisation, Liverpool One retail development, Liverpool Echo Arena, Museum of Liverpool and the International Slavery Museum, Liverpool John Moore University’s Art & Design Academy, Chester Zoo and the award winning Birkenhead Park.
The new office is located in the heart of the commercial centre of the city on Chapel Street in the newly refurbished Yorkshire House.
The 25 strong team is under the leadership of Director, Rob Wood and fellow Director, Jon Metters.
