Lovell has received three Considerate Constructors Awards for its sensitive, tidy and environmentally-friendly approach to construction work on major housing schemes in South Wales.
Lovell received the awards from the Considerate Constructors Scheme - a national initiative designed to improve the image of construction through the better management and presentation of building sites.
The company received a bronze award for the second phase of a £5.8 million scheme it is carrying out in the Ely area of Cardiff, building 60 homes for Wales and West Housing Association. Lovell also picked up a bronze medal for phase two of an £8 million estate renewal project for Cardiff Council in St Mellons.
In addition, Lovell received a further bronze award for a scheme to build 21 new homes as part of the £35 million Newport Prefabs regeneration scheme the company has successfully completed for Newport Housing Trust.
