A man has died after two houses collapsed following a suspected gas explosion.
Emergency services were called to Stanley Road, north-west London, at around 9.40pm last night.
Two were taken to hospital, but the third was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 26-year-old man was taken to hospital suffering from head injuries, and a 17-year-old girl was also hospitalised suffering from 20% burns.
Scotland Yard said officers had evacuated residents, closed local roads and erected a cordon around the scene, which is very close to the Piccadilly underground line.
A spokeswoman for Harrow Council said structural engineers were currently assessing the damage caused by the explosion.
