Revised designs of Liverpool's new stadium have been approved for the third time in five years.
The Liverpool City Council Planning Committee approved the new 60,000 seat stadium yesterday which will also include a museum, shop and a Community Partnership centre.
The £350 million scheme is believed to include a number of changes to the plans that were put forward previously.
Construction on the new ground will start as soon as possible with the stadium expected to be ready in time for the beginning of the 2011/12 season.
