Regional contractor Kier Western, part of the Kier Group, and developer Samatt Ltd are celebrating coming one step closer to completing a stylish new development in Newquay.

Bredon Court on Tower Road is a selection of eight two and three-bedroom terrace houses and 42 two and three-bedroom apartments. Kier Western Area Manager John Fox and Samatt Director George Brown took part in the topping out ceremony yesterday, placing the final tile on the roof of the last apartment.

All the houses and apartments at Bredon Court benefit from elegant kitchens, modern bathrooms and gated secure parking with a video entry system.
