Regional contractor Kier Western, part of the Kier Group, and developer Samatt Ltd are celebrating coming one step closer to completing a stylish new development in Newquay.

Kier Western Area Manager John Fox and Samatt Director George Brown took part in the topping out ceremony yesterday, placing the final tile on the roof of the last apartment.

Mr Brown said: "I am delighted with the way Bredon Court has developed. The design and build quality have given us some fantastic houses and apartments, each with their own unique features, and with its unrivalled position, I am sure Bredon Court will be much sought after for many years to come."

All the houses and apartments at Bredon Court benefit from elegant kitchens, modern bathrooms and gated secure parking with a video entry system.
