Sperian Protection, formerly Bacou-Dalloz, one of the market leaders in Personal Protective Equipment, is launching brand new eye, ear and fall protection products to the UK market at Safety & Health Expo 2008.
Visitors to stand D20 will also be able to see a demonstration of the company’s new UK-specific, web-based Product Information Centre which officially goes live at the show on May 13.
On show will be Sperian’s new range of Ignite safety spectacles, a comfortable, sleek addition to its range of safety eyewear with a lightweight, frameless design offering 180-degrees of unobstructed, distortion-free vision as well as optimum safety and comfort for all day wear. Visitors to Sperian Protection’s stand will also be able to see the new Miller by Sperian webbing self-retractable lifelines, the Falcon 6m. The Falcon 6m ensures increased safety and is extraordinarily light, weighing only 1.5kg.
Also being launched at the show under the Howard Leight by Sperian brand, are the new Thunder T2HV hi-visibility earmuffs. The earmuffs incorporate bright green ear cups and a reflective headband making them ideal for use outdoors, at night or in bad weather where noise is not the only hazard that workers face. To complement all of the Howard Leight by Sperian range of earmuffs, new accessories will also be on show. The Polar Hood helps to ensure optimal hearing protection for workers exposed to cold climates while ensuring optimal earmuff attenuation and the new slim belt clip enables workers exposed to intermittent noise hazards to keep their earmuffs handy and accessible.
