Lovell Chosen By Derwent Living For £1.7m Housing Scheme

Derwent Living has chosen Lovell to build a £1.7m housing development in Nottingham.

Lovell will build 13 three-bedroom houses and seven two-bedroom apartments on land at Bulwell Lane, Basford. The development will provide 18 homes for shared ownership and two homes for affordable rent.

The Housing Corporation has provided funding to assist in this development, which is set for completion in May 2009.
