Free Places To Energy Efficiency Seminar For Landlords

Free places to an exclusive energy efficiency seminar are being offered to private landlords.

Held at Crawley Civic Hall on Tuesday 18 March from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, the evening will offer expert speakers about financial assistance for insulation and some heating measures, as well as the 'Landlords Energy Saving Allowance' tax relief.

The aim of the seminar is to raise awareness of energy efficiency in the private rental sector.

Improving the energy efficiency of a property can benefit both tenants and landlords by lowering overhead costs and fuel bills, reducing dampness and mould growth and improving thermal comfort.

Places are limited so booking is essential.
