The European Land & Property (European Land) has announced they have selected Holtby Turner recruitment and development consultancy to be their People Development Partner.
The senior level people recruitment agency has been selected to help find and develop the right talent required to ensure they achieve their strategic goals.
European Land is responsible for the regeneration of the Paddington Basin in the West End. Work has just begun on the final phase of the development known as Merchant Square, which is a £1bn, six-building, 1.8 m sq ft mixed-use scheme which is regarded as one of the largest and most creative regeneration developments in Europe, on a par with Canary Wharf and Kings Cross.
The European Land appointment represents another new client for Holtby Turner where the requirement is to not only find the right senior executive level talent, but to also provide a tailored end-to-end people development service to suit their growth requirements. Holtby Turner is a proven senior level recruiter in the property and construction markets.
Richard Banks, European Land Development Director, said: "Holtby Turner has proved themselves to be an excellent partner for us by not finding the right talent to help drive forward on this exciting project, but they have also helped us significantly improve on our people processes and plans, and helping us operate as a more effective team in a short space of time."
Toby Turner, Managing Director of Holtby Turner, also commented: "We are extremely excited to be working with European Land on helping them on this prestigious and innovative regeneration project in Paddington."
Based at its Stevenage offices, Holtby Turner is focused on the delivery of measurable improvements in people performance, productivity and profitability to its clients.
