Social housing firm Connaught has revealed that it is taking £370m worth of social housing contracts this year.
The company said that the deals included a 15-year, £150m asset management contract with Raglan Housing Association; a £50m, five-year contract with Dumfries and Galloway council; and a £40m response maintenance contract with Midland Heart.
Connaught Chairman Mark Tincknell said: “We have had a strong start to 2008, with an excellent order intake reflecting our market leading position in the large but stable social housing sector.
“In our compliance division, the integration of National Britannia progresses extremely well as we continue to grow in this market.”
