Glentree Estates have recently sold a luxury mansion in Hampstead for £50m.
The property originally built by Turkish businessman Halis Toprax, consists of seven bedrooms, seven kitchens, an 80ft salon, a swimming pool with a glass bridge, a 20-seater Turkish bath plus a two-acre garden.
The latest owner, believed to from Kazakhstan, is planning to spend £30m 'improving' the home further by installing a beauty salon, spa, cinema and squash court.
Trevor Abrahmsohn, of Glentree Estates, which sold the property, said: "It just shows you that the market is as strong as ever at the top end."
