Deadline Looming For £100,000 Business Competition

Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) across the East Midlands have until 17 December to enter a business competition if they are to be in with a chance of winning £10,000 cash.

The ANUBIS competition is open to SMEs that can demonstrate how they would benefit from receiving the funding for a technology project.

Ten companies will be in the running for £10,000 each. The £100,000 pot of cash has been allocated from a cross section of industries ranging from traditional industries such as construction, print and textiles, to newer sectors such as digital media and bio-science.

Tim Miller, Managing Director of EMNET, said: "This competition aims to help SMEs become more competitive. Previous winners of ANUBIS have gone on to enjoy commercial success and we want to hear from innovative and entrepreneurial companies who want to turn a technology idea into reality with our help."
