Thomas Mitchell Homes - designers, manufacturers and suppliers of timber frame house kits - has appointed a new Land Director.

Graeme Reay takes up the role, which will see him tasked, among other things, with securing new development opportunities throughout Scotland as part of the company’s growth strategy.

With over 23 years experience in the property industry, the last six specialising in the house building industry, Graeme boasts an impressive career track record. Graeme worked as Senior Estates Surveyor for Aberdeen City Council; and held senior positions at two other large private house builders.

Glasgow-born Graeme is also a member of the RICS as a fully qualified General Practice Chartered Surveyor and a Board member of the RICS Planning and Development Faculty.

Graeme commented on his appointment: “I am determined to be an integral part of achieving the company’s growth aspirations whilst ensuring that the reputation and ongoing success of Thomas Mitchell Homes is maintained.”

The Thomas Mitchell Group has over 30 years experience serving the timber frame industry from its manufacturing base in Fife.
