The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) has replaced the current series of RIBA Standard Forms of Appointment with the updated RIBA Agreements 2007.
The new suite of RIBA Agreements 2007 are designed to provide the components of a flexible system which can be assembled to create contracts tailored the needs of individual projects. They take account of statutory and legal changes and are based on the new RIBA Outline Plan of Work 2007.
Separate versions are available for the appointment of either architects or consultants, and the system includes a wide range of Services Schedules for the architectural and related professions.
