Miller Cromdale, the joint venture company between Miller Developments and Cromdale Ltd, has acquired Riverside Business Park, Aberdeen, for £2.54 million from ING Real Estate.

Riverside Business Park, located on North Espalande West, totals 18,439 square foot and includes a two-storey office pavilion and two blocks of industrial units comprising 17 separate units. The business park is fully let.

Pamela Grant, Director of Miller Developments, said: "Aberdeen is a very important market for us and we are continually seeking investment and development opportunities in the area. Riverside Business Park is a great investment for us and is ideally located close to the harbour area, to the south of the city centre."

Martin Callan, Director of Cromdale Ltd, said: "The acquisition of Riverside Business Park demonstrates our commitment to Aberdeen. Our portfolio is Aberdeen has grown significantly in the past six years."
