Swish Building Products Brings Choice To Commercial Sector

Social housing specialist Swish Building Products has added two new coloured product ranges to its extensive offer, giving residents and the commercial sector new choice and flexibility.

The new Anthracite and Grey product offers include a full range of fascias, soffits and bargeboards as well as colour matched joints, corners and plastic headed trimtop fixings.

A spokesperson from Swish Building Products said: "The commercial sector is changing. The design of residential developments is becoming more creative as housing associations, ALMOs and local authorities work in partnership with architects to meet the future housing needs of tenants.

"We are working to support architects and specifiers deliver a new generation of buildings by expanding our already comprehensive range of low maintenance and durable PVC roofline and cladding systems. The addition of the black Anthracite and Grey finishes, will give architects new choices, in so doing delivering not only lower maintenance but more desirable homes."

The new Anthracite and Grey ranges from Swish are manufactured from extruded foamed PVC profiles and are fully encased in a hard, smooth durable outer skin. All products in the range also come with a 10-year guarantee.
