  • People training to advance their career within the electrotechnical industry
  • Courses or instruction in industry-related subjects
  • Fact-finding and travel costs in relation to advanced industry courses.
Typically, grants will help fund: BTEC National Certificate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Foundation Degree in Building Services, City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate in CAD, HNC in Electrical Building Services, HNC in Contract Management and HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Where an application meets the criteria and is successfully accepted, the JIB will fund 50 per cent of any course fees, to a maximum of £500.
