ITT Flygt Makes United Utilities Framework Agreement Debut

ITT Flygt has secured a framework agreement with United Utilities, the UK’s largest operator of water and wastewater systems.

It is the first time the pumping specialist has been awarded a capital supply agreement by United Utilities.

Flygt will design, supply, manufacture, off-load, position, install and commission submersible pumpsets, which comprise its wastewater handling pumps, associated pipework, guiderails and lifting chains.

Flygt Market Development Manager Trevor Parrett said: "We're very excited at the prospect of working with United Utilities under this new Framework Agreement and will be ready to demonstrate our level of product and system engineering support to UU and their contracting partners."
