Sontay, the market leader in control peripheral products, has promoted Iain Johnstone from Customer Services Advisor to the key position of Customer Service Supervisor.

Iain brings with him many years experience in this field, including previous roles of Customer Service Supervisor for Homebase and Sales Administrator for Del Monte Fresh Produce, where he was involved in business to business sales and administration.

More recently, Iain's responsibilities as Customer Service Advisor within Sontay encompassed organising foreign shipments, dealing with customer orders and enquiries and managing international accounts. In his new position, based at the Edenbridge Sales office, Iain will continue with these duties alongside the management of a small team, all to ensure the continuation of the high levels of service offered to Sontay's customers.

Sontay products are renowned for their accuracy, reliability and discrete appearances, backed by a two year warranty, and are used by many of the market leaders in the worldwide building controls industry.
