RDS Technology’s Axlog Alpha was recently award a Merit in the Institute of Quarrying and Quarry Products Association‘s ‘Designing for Safety Awards’ at the recent Hillhead exhibition.

The Axlog Alpha is an overload warning system designed to help operators avoid gross vehicle weight overloads on any axle and works with either air or leaf spring suspension. This has a two-fold benefit of improving vehicle efficiency thus reducing servicing costs and avoiding overload fines.

Managing Director of RDS, Richard Danby said: "We are very happy to receive this recognition of the part that axle overload warning can play in keeping vehicles safe on the roads.
