Miller Expands Specialist Sector

Miller Developments has appointed Julia Deans to the role of Development Surveyor to work in the team specialising in its Mixed-Use and Change of Use developments across Scotland and the north of England.

The appointment of Julia coincides with Bruce Lindsay’s promotion to the position of Development Director as part of a restructure reflecting the growing portfolio of regeneration and joint venture projects including Edinburgh’s £100m South East Wedge.

Julia joins Miller Developments from British Waterways where she worked on a wide range of regeneration projects in Scotland. Prior to this, Julia was employed as a Property Fund Manager with Arlington Property Investors, where she gained extensive experience in strategic asset management and the identification and purchase of investment opportunities.

Bruce Lindsay, Miller Developments, said: “Julia’s appointment is in line with our commitment to growth in regeneration projects and strategic land. She is a valuable addition to the existing team which includes Colin Graham, Development Manager, and our expanding list of Development Partners.”
