Homes Homes For Bathgate In West Lothian

Regency Homes is planning to build 57 one, two and three luxury apartments and a four-bedroom penthouse at West Gate Towers, Bathgate.

The sales launch is expected to be next month when a showhome and marketing suite will be ready for visitors.

“West Lothian is a popular area with house prices rising last year by around 14 per cent,” comments Nicola Diamond, Marketing Director for Regency Homes. “The property market remains very strong with industry experts predicting 2007 will see a similar increase in house prices to 2006.”

The impressive specification includes stainless steel oven, hob and extractor hood; washer/dryer; fridge/freezer and ensuite to the master bedroom. Internal doors throughout the apartments are white two panel with designer door furniture.

West Gate Towers lies just off the M8, making Edinburgh airport an approximate 30 minute journey and both Glasgow and Edinburgh city centres a mere 35 minute drive.

Ideally located it benefits from nearby Livingston, not to mention Bathgate’s own town centre and has easy access to the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Centre and Almondvale shopping centres for hundreds of designer names.
